In a revolutionized way of recruitment in online world, Mary Grace Austria is one of the Filipinos who seek jobs to fully utilize their skills and potentials.  Filipinos are naturally talented, flexible, smart, hard-working and passionate in every task they do. 

Mary Grace graduated from one of the best business schools in Philippines, De La Salle University in Lipa City with Bachelor of Science degree major in Accountancy.  She passed the Philippine Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination on October 2013, just months after my graduation. She had her internship with Isla Lipana & Company, one of the Big 4 audit firms and became Top 1 in the world.

As a start of her career, she wanted to start from scratch to know a business from bottom to top of it.  She was hired by Property Interactive Marketing Enterprise (PRIME Philippines) as its accountant.  As PRIME was only starting up its real estate firm, Mary Grace was responsible to manage the finances of a newly-born company with less than ten (10) employees but with big client-developers.  Due to better financial opportunities that could help her to support the study of her sister, Mary Grace transferred to National Electrification Administration (NEA) as its Loan Administration Assistant.  NEA is a government arm to ensure total electrification and promote rural development through rural electrification. After a year of outstanding performance, she was promoted as Electric Cooperatives Development Officer or commonly as Junior Auditor wherein Mary Grace goes to electric cooperatives three times in a year.  Her travel to one electric cooperative lasts for 29 days within which she is tasks to conduct audit of the financial operations and compliance of an electric cooperative to rules and regulations that are beneficial to Filipino electric consumers. 

Going through her job experiences, she did not just develop skills and knowledge but also the character of a dedicated, professional, and resourceful financial auditor which made her a competent virtual office assistant.

She is an experienced office assistant who puts excellence, perseverance and hard-work in every job she does.  As Colin Powell said, “You don't know what you can get away with until you try,” so give it a try, you'll surely ask for more.
